This storage facility is a dump. I lost valuable household items because the unit was infested with rodents. In addition, the unit leaked. I stored household items, including two sets of mattresses and they were completely ruined and covered with rodent feces and water stain!! Immediately upon discovering the condition of my unit, I reported it to the management office. I informed them of the condition of my unit and also told them that I was not going to clean out the unit because of my extreme fear of rodents. Management had the audacity to sue me for non-payment!! The only reason my rating is one star is because without giving them a star I'm unable to post - trust me they have not earned a star. :( You have been warned ... avoid this place like the plague!!!!
This place is close to my home so it is convenient to get to whenever I need to grab something. Also having an online account is super easy to make payments and update any information if I can't make it to the office.
